El Gar-Kur is an infamous criminal based in the Bottle City of Kandor. He often escapes and tries to use his super powers for evil. Superman defeats him and returns him to Kandor. Oddly enough, Gar-Kur looks exactly like Jimmy Olsen. Batman and Superman once defeated El Gar-Kur in a recent team up.
