Carlo Calzone is a young criminal mastermind in the criminal underworld of Rome. He took on the codename Charlie Caligula and fought the Legionary many times. He eventually lost his sanity and believed himself to be the Roman emperor. In Alfred Pennyworth's "The Knights of Tomorrow!", Charlie Caligula appears as an enemy of the second Batman and Robin.
