Arges is an alien with the features of a mythological Cyclops with one minor addition, he can shoot lasers from his eye. Somewhere in the galaxy, Arges is dictator of a small town that mimics the lawless Old West of Earth's past. He was recently captured by Jonah Hex and forced to fight in War World. Rather than help Batman defeat the champion, Steppenwolf, Arges tried to escape but was recaptured. In the final showdown, Batman and Hex freed everyone, including Arges.
