The Black Cat is a familiar of the Black Witch, an enemy of the Teen Titans. They attempted to destroy Beast Boy but he stole their wand and teleported around San Perez. Since they were one with the wand, they easily trailed Beast Boy. Eventually, they teleported to the top of a lone mountain. Beast Boy turned into a gorilla and smashed the wand to pieces. The Black Witch and Black Cat were powerless. Beast Boy turned into a bird and flew away. Black Cat asked Black Witch how they were going to get down.
