Batman was alerted to the Joker committing a crime at Amusement Mile. He arrived too late and saw the park's funhouse was completely stripped. He sealed it off from entering with caution tape and told Moe to finish the Tumbler. Moe revealed it was already done and Batman asked if it came in black. Moe took the Batwheels to the garage unit on the Wayne Manor property and presented the Tumbler. He loaded the motherboard. Tumbler declared he was a serious hero but was perplexed about moving in such silly ways. Moe informed him he gave him a one-of-a-kind mega independent suspension to handle missions when Batman needed a flexible car. The Batwheels took him to the training area in the Batcave and lauded his ability. He still thought he looked silly. Joker announced he turned City Hall into a funhouse and elected himself the new mayor. The Mayor was imprisoned in a jack-in-a-box. Batman departed the Batcave in the Tumbler. For his first proclamation, Joker renamed Gotham "Jokey McJoker Town."

Batman drove into City Hall after him but Tumbler refused to tumble and Batman thought steering was too tight. They were ejected from the second room back into the streets. Batman summoned the Batmobile. Batman made it to the final room but the cream pies and spinning apparatus were too much for the Batmobile. Buff helped Tumbler realize sometimes the silly moves are the best moves. He headed into City Hall and easily dodged every obstacle. Batman switched back to Tumbler and turned the tide. Joker was hit by one of his own pies. Batman freed the Mayor and cuffed Joker. Tumbler thought that was seriously fun but posed and declared he was still justice.
