Mr. Freeze's main vehicle is Snowstorm Destruction Mark III, a snowcrawler/ice cream truck souped up to fire freeze rays from the giant ice cream cone on his roof. The snowcrawler was brought to life with a stolen Bat Mother Board by Badcomputer and Crash and named Snowy. Badcomputer called all the villain vehicles brought to life his Legion of Zoom and sent them to steal the Batcomputer. At Gotham Amusement Mile, they were opposed by the Batwheels. Snowy froze the ground under Redbird and he slid into a hot dog stand. In the rematch fight, Buff easily destroyed his ice blocks then knocked him out with a frozen ferris wheel cage. During a park chase, Snowy avoided hitting a dog but flipped over and damaged a tire axle. He was befriended by Buff who took him to the Batcave for repair by Moe. The others, especially Batwing, didn't trust him at first but he turned the Batcave into a winter wonderland to their delight. However, he was summoned by Mr. Freeze and forced to comply and return to him. Freeze froze everyone and Batman except Buff. Snowy managed to overcome his programming and spared Buff. He chased after Freeze firing freeze rays at him.
Snowy was quick to credit the Batwheel's constant success with them working together. Snowy's role in the Supermanium heist was to freeze the ground and hamper the Batwheels's pursuit of them. The Legion of Zoom stole the Supermanium at the Gotham Docks but they fought over it instead of delivering it to Badcomputer. Jestah took off with it but she was defeated by the Batwheels and they took back the Supermanium. The rest of the Zoomers pretended to leave her in the street with her wheels locked but they came back after she apologized.
During the Annual Gotham Grand Prix, Snowy froze Buff's tires and he was disqualified. Towards the end of the race, Bam tricked Ducky and Snowy. Snowy was lifted away by Duck's trick umbrellas and Ducky was frozen. Snowy and Jestah went into a restricted section of woods. Snowy was unsure of going past the signs and stated he didn't feel right about doing it. Jestah reminded him they had to get the freeze-berries to make the special ice cream for the people of Gotham. Snowy made an ice bridge to an island in the middle of a lake and picked the freeze-berries. Buff freed Batwing but she sped off. Jestah blinded her with wiper fluid then Snowy froze one of her wings. They got away with the berries. Jestah shattered the bridge on the way out. Snowy handed out berry ice cream but it froze everyone who took one. Jestah revealed her plan was just to pull off a prank. Snowy quit and left the scene.
The Legion was dispatched to ambush and capture the Batwheels after draining their power then kidnap Batcomputer. Four Batwheels were ambushed at Gotham Central Park. Prank's giant buzzer drained their power. They were taken to Gotham Docks. Jestah noticed Bam was missing. They voted to head to the Batcave and overpower Bam. The Legion dodged Bam's spin move attack and he was blinded by Prank's confetti. A.D.A.M. intervened but Snowy eventually froze one of his tires. He advised the Legion to turn themselves into the authorities. The Legion was amused. A.D.A.M. used a buzz saw and Bam used a small laser to destroy the ice on the former's wheel. They agreed to combine their moves to win. A.D.A.M. towed Bam and spun him around, alternating attacks, and knocked each Zoomer into a shipping container. The Legion of Zoom stole the Rumble Ray from S.T.A.R. Labs in a bid to bring down the Batcave with shockwaves. Buff shattered the ice wall created by Snowy. Bam recovered the Rumble Ray and blasted the Legion down into the Gotham Point beach.
Snowy and the other Zoomers were sent to steal the Batcomputer while she was being transported to Star City. Snowy froze the road. Bam rallied in the Bat Big Rig and applied his retractable wheel chains. He made Snowy spin out. The Legion of Zoom stole the T-Rex Robot in a bid to steal Batcomputers' motherboard but Bam opposed them in the giant Ulti-Bat robot. Badcomputer countered with the Ulti-Bad but the Zoomer's teamwork was short-lived and they were forced to retreat. Ducky fired his Force Field Flinger and trapped the Batwheels in the Batcave. However, Bam happened to be at Gotham Central Park to invite Grundy, Goldie, Kitty, and Nightbike to a party. The impromptu team was able to steal the Flinger. In Bibi's Wizard of Oz dream, Snowy was one of the Wicked Witch's flying monkeys.
On Christmas Eve, the Batwheels helped Santa Claus deliver presents in the city but they were soon robbed by the Legion of Zoom. Santa and the Batwheels were trapped in a giant present that cut off their connection to Batcomputer. Knowing his radio would pick it up, Santa urged the Batwheels to sing a Christmas carol as loud as they could with great spirit. Moe heard them on the sleigh's radio and took off to find them. They defeated the Legion of Zoom on the Gotham Expressway, tied them in Christmas lights with a big bow, and finished delivering presents in record time. The Legion of Zoom lured the Batwheels to a trap they set at the Gotham Docks when Batman, Robin, and Batgirl were preoccupied with missions. Prank suggested using a magnet. As they anticipated, Batcomputer alerted the Batwheels that the Legion illegally boarded a ship at the docks. The Batwheels investigated the ship. Jestah threw a switch and the Batwheels were immobilized by a giant magnet.
Moe pretended to be Batman and fought the Legion in the Bat Armor outside Wayne Manor. He managed to manipulate the Legion into hitting each other but Jestah recognized the voice. She pulled the bat icon from the armor's chest and revealed Moe. Moe caved to the pressure and retreated back into the Batcave. Bam advised him to be himself and make traps using gadgets. Moe started to believe himself and set traps all around the cave. When the Legion entered the Batcave, they were immediately ejected by the first trap. They re-entered. Quizz was hit by a big confetti ball, Ducky was launched into the giant Joker card, and the Tyrannosaurus Rex was dropped on Snowy and Prank. Jestah went for Batcomputer's motherboard but Moe drove her away with a training car armed with plungers. She got stuck in the Bat-Wash. The Batwheels returned with the giant magnet and used it on the Legion then dropped them into the ocean.
Bibi and Batwing towed Batcomputer's new megascreen into Gotham Stadium but discovered the arena was frozen by Snowy. Snowy was up for a game and all they had to do to win was get past his snowmen. Bibi got an idea to use Batwing as a giant batarang to knock the snowmen away. Snowy was impressed and asked them to tell Buff he said "hi." Badcomputer was annoyed Snowy let them go.
Meet The Batwheels: Crash and the Legion of Zoom were tasked with stealing the Batmobile. Crash sneaked into the Batcave and stole Batman's cowl then activated the Bat-Tracker at the Wayne Enterprises parking garage. As expected, Batcomputer tried to hail Batman but got no response so she dispatched the Batwheels. For Plan Keep Away, Snowy froze the cowl and the Legion tossed it around. Snowy froze Redbird in place but Bibi tricked Snowy into freezing Ducky. Crash ran away with Snowy but crashed down below into the pile of other Legionnaires at the bottom of the garage.
