Riddler's helicopter was brought to life with a stolen Bat Mother Board by Badcomputer and Crash and named Quizz. Like Riddler, he spoke in riddles. He immediately used his blades to knock Crash into some tires. Badcomputer called all the villain vehicles brought to life his Legion of Zoom and sent them to steal the Batcomputer. At Gotham Amusement Mile, Quizz dropped Bibi on top of the ferris wheel. In the rematch battle, Batwing tricked Quizz into flying into the ferris wheel. Quizz stole a satellite dish and was chased by the Batwheels. He blinded them with a bright light on his rear and they well into clotheslines and were tangled up. Quizz boasted he was going to make fools out of everybody in Gotham and prove he was the smartest of them all. He challenged them to solve his riddle, "Follow the questions and you'll have a wild chase. Checking the time is how you win this race." The Batwheels were quick to fall for Quizz's riddle and looked for question marks all over the city. Redbird wanted to stay and solve the rest of his riddle but no one heard him.
During the search, Redbird noticed a goose in the dot of a question mark painted on a stand and realized it was a wild goose chase. Bam, however, thought it was a clue that Quizz was going to steal the Golden Goose statue in Gotham Central Park. It was indeed a trap and they drove onto quicksand. Quizz mocked them then affixed his Mega Time Twister 3000 to the Gotham Clock Tower and took control of all clocks in the city. Redbird distracted Quizz with a riddle, "What word is wrong every time you say it?" Quizz was flummoxed and frustrated because he supposedly knew everything. Redbird told him the answer was "wrong." Quizz cried foul. Batwing stole his Mega Time Twister 3000 off the Gotham Clock Tower and led Quizz into an ambush where the other Batwheels caught him in a grapnel line crossfire. The police showed up soon after and time was restored to normal.
Quizz's role in the Supermanium heist was to carry off the crate holding it. The Legion of Zoom stole the Supermanium at the Gotham Docks but they fought over it instead of delivering it to Badcomputer. Jestah took off with it but she was defeated by the Batwheels and they took back the Supermanium. The rest of the Zoomers pretended to leave her in the street with her wheels locked but they came back after she apologized.
During the Annual Gotham Grand Prix, Quizz stuck Batwing to the street with green gunk and she was disqualified. Towards the end of the race, Bam tricked Jestah and Quizz and they got entangled with each other and stuck on a light pole. The Legion was dispatched to ambush and capture the Batwheels after draining their power then kidnap Batcomputer. Four Batwheels were ambushed at Gotham Central Park. Prank's giant buzzer drained their power. They were taken to Gotham Docks. Jestah noticed Bam was missing. They voted to head to the Batcave and overpower Bam. The Legion dodged Bam's spin move attack and he was blinded by Prank's confetti. A.D.A.M. intervened but Snowy eventually froze one of his tires. He advised the Legion to turn themselves into the authorities. The Legion was amused. A.D.A.M. used a buzz saw and Bam used a small laser to destroy the ice on the former's wheel. They agreed to combine their moves to win. A.D.A.M. towed Bam and spun him around, alternating attacks, and knocked each Zoomer into a shipping container.
The Legion of Zoom stole the Rumble Ray from S.T.A.R. Labs in a bid to bring down the Batcave with shockwaves. Batwing flew circles around Quizz and he crashed into some trees. Bam recovered the Rumble Ray and blasted the Legion down into the Gotham Point beach. Quizz and Ducky teamed up to steal the Bat-Signal so they could make their own "Zoomer-Signal" for the Legion of Zoom. Bam and Batwing intercepted them but Quizz and Ducky were ready with their own new tricks. Ducky managed to fire a Batwheel-Seeking Umbrella into one of Batwing's rotors while she chased Quizz. Quizz planned to install the Zoomer-Signal atop the local power plant but he was surprised Batwing caught so quickly to him. He refused to give up the Bat-Signal and declared if they couldn't have it, no one could. It was tossed down a smoke stack and broke. Batwing fired her taser and neutralized Quizz.
Meet The Batwheels: Crash and the Legion of Zoom were tasked with stealing the Batmobile. Crash sneaked into the Batcave and stole Batman's cowl then activated the Bat-Tracker at the Wayne Enterprises parking garage. As expected, Batcomputer tried to hail Batman but got no response so she dispatched the Batwheels. During Plan Keep Away, Batwing knocks the cowl away from Quizz but it landed on Snowy so Batwing dropped Bibi to get it. Quizz later snatched the cowl with a claw but Batwing surprised him. Quizz rolled down the ramp.
