Presto is Zatanna's magical car. Lacking magic powers like Zatanna, she still dreamed of using magic like her. During Zatanna's magic show at the Gotham Art Museum, Presto used the Crown of Conjuring to manifest a house of cards. Bibi saw it and was impressed. She told Presto she was a huge fan and saw everything he did like lifting that ship at the docks. Presto gave that credit to Zatanna and shared her dreams. She told Bibi all it took was concentration and the right magic words. On Bibi's request, Presto conjured another house of cards. They were told by Batcomputer they were needed to help clean up a magical mess at the gathering of food trucks. Presto made things worse with the wrong words and duplicated and enlarged the animated objects. She thought she was just a regular car without Zatanna but Bibi gave her words of encouragement.
Harley Quinn used the stolen Amethyst of Animation to complete her plan stealing a championship statue from Gotham Stadium. She animated it with the Amethyst of Animation but instead of taking her home, it slid into home base. Bibi fired a line and snagged one of its legs, causing Harley to drop the Amethyst. Bibi caught it while Presto immobilized the statue by conjuring a tornado. Zatanna and Batgirl arrived. Zatanna was surprised to see her car cast a spell on auto control. She conjured a giant birdcage to lock Harley up in.
