Batman relocated to Star City for a few weeks to help Green Arrow stop a new crime wave. He asked Moe to load up the Batcomputer into the Bat Big Rig and transport to Arrow's headquarters. In due time, the rig arrived with an escort detail of the other Batwheels. Batman set up his mobile Batcave and got to work but quickly became annoyed with all of Green Arrow's questions about what each button did.
