After the Joker, Harley Quinn, Penguin, Mr. Freeze, and Riddler's armored vehicle heist was foiled, their vehicles were towed to the Parkham Scrapyard. It so happened an evil AI named Badcomputer resided at the dump but was trapped in an old scoreboard. He ordered his crash test dummy robot Crash to go the Batcave and steal the Batcomputer. He failed but returned with Bat Mother Boards, advanced tech that could bring tech to life. He used them on the five villains' vehicles and Prank, Jestah, Ducky, Snowy, and Quizz were born. Badcomputer proclaimed them the Legion of Zoom and ordered them to steal the Batcomputer by force. Bam managed to tail Crash to the dump and deployed a Bat Drone to spy on them.
Badcomputer tasked the Legion of Zoom with stealing a Supermanium shipment on its way to the Gotham Docks. When he mentioned it was going to the Batcave and would be picked up by the Batwheels, the Legion of Zoom lost interest except Jestah. Badcomputer didn't care how it gone done. He tried to turn his screen off but it kept going to the baseball chant. The Zoomers used Crash as a stand-in for the Batwheels. Jestah took the lead and shared a plan for Prank to fire pies at the Batwheels to blind them, Ducky to cut the Supermanium container loose with a trick umbrella, Snowy to freeze the Batwheels' tracks, pass the container around, and Quizz would fly off with it. It was chaos at first. Badcomputer checked on their training but already didn't believe they could pull off the heist. Eventually, they performed a successful test run. Quizz dropped Crash.
Redbird took Buff's stuffed unicorn without asking him and placed him on a car as part of a stunt video to show off his new move the Bo Staff Back Flip. He failed to notice the car was on a truck flatbed. It drove off and dropped the car off at the Parkham Scrap Yard. Ducky and Jestah saw the unicorn and fought over it. Prank also wanted it. Redbird used his Bat-o-Flage to sneak him but he was hit by confetti. He narrowly escaped unnoticed. Badcomputer scolded the Zoomers for playing with a toy. Redbird called Bam for help. The Zoomers tugged at the unicorn and it popped out of their grasp atop a junk pile. Bam tried to fish it out of the yard but he only snagged a tire and then Crash. Luckily Crash was in sleep mode and they put him back before he woke up. Bam tried his Bat-Magnet. Redbird pointed out the unicorn wasn't metal. Bam was covered in a pile of scrap. Ace was sent into the yard. He found the unicorn but he dropped it and grabbed a tennis ball instead.
Redbird frantically pitched other ideas but Bam pointed out the obvious, it was time to tell Buff the truth. They later returned with Buff. Bam distracted the Zoomers by pretending to be a pizza delivery car while Buff lowered Redbird into the yard with his winch. Jestah realized they were cars so they didn't eat pizza. Bam lied he was at the wrong address and left. They saw Redbird. Prank hit him with confetti. The unicorn landed on a junk pile. Redbird performed his back flip, snatched the unicorn, and narrowly exited the yard just as Buff lowered a train car in front of the entrance. The Zoomers found a singing teddy bear but Badcomputer scolded them again and repeated super villains don't play with toys. When the coast was clear, Badcomputer realized the bear was kind of sweet.
