Penguin, in his Ducky Boat, went to the Gotham Ducks and tried to make a getaway by sea. Batgirl, from her Batgirlcycle towed him back to shore. Ducky stole an ultra fuel cell from a shipping container to boost his speed. The Batwheels attempted to stop him but they lacked good leadership and team unity. Ducky got away. He later returned to steal the rest of the fuel cells for the Legion of Zoom. As he approached from the South Pier, the Batwheels came up with a plan to trap Ducky in the corridor of shipping containers after Bibi lured him in. Ducky, as planned, went for the one exit but he was blocked by Buff. Batwing fired an electro-net on him then Buff hoisted him upside down on his wench. Batman learned a Joker balloon that flooded the Batcave came from Gotham Docks. After he gathered more balloons, he returned to the docks and disposed of them over Gotham Harbor in Batwing. After Batman refused to a street race with the Joker, Bam went to prove Batman wasn't scared and found Prank at the Hall of Mirrors in Amusement Mile.
Prank took the lead with his drag racing mode. With no other choice, Bam used his Bat Booster but he drove through some shipping containers at Gotham Docks and came out covered in glue, a cone on his hood, and a foam finger stuck to his roof. Prank then modified the Gotham Docks into a race course that he called "Pranks' Super Sweet Showdown Supreme." Bam ignored Batcomputer and the other Batwheels and went to challenge Prank again. Prank anticipated it and called a tip to a news station to televise the race. At the end of the track, Bam realized the loop-de-loop ended too close to the edge of the pier and activated his tire grip to stop himself. Prank kept going and won but was unable to stop and went off the edge of the pier. Bam fired his Bat-Winger and reeled him back before he landed in the harbor. Prank was stunned Bam saved him but kept trying to goad him but Bam left the docks. The reporter commended "Batman" on taking the high road. The Batwheels fell for Quizz's riddle and went on a wild goose chase following question marks all over the city, including the docks.
A shipment of Supermanium was due to arrive at Gotham Docks where the Batwheels would pick it up and take it to the Batcave. The Legion of Zoom disrupted the arrival. Prank fired pies at the Batwheels to blind them, Ducky cut the Supermanium container loose with a trick umbrella, Snowy froze the Batwheels' tracks, they passed the container around, and Quizz flew off with it. During his patrol, Batcomputer notified Bam that one of the boats had broken loose at Gotham Docks and needed him to tie it down properly. Bam pulled the boat in with his grappling hook but Kitty became distracted with hiding in a shipping container than tying down the boat. Bam did her part as well. Buff, Redbird, Bibi, and Batwing were taken to Gotham Docks by the Legion of Zoom after they had their power drained. Jestah noticed Bam was missing. They voted to head to the Batcave and overpower Bam. A.D.A.M. wanted to use his Bat-battering ram but Bam wanted to use his new move alone.
The Legion dodged Bam's spin move attack and he was blinded by Prank's confetti. A.D.A.M. intervened but Snowy eventually froze one of his tires. He advised the Legion to turn themselves into the authorities. The Legion was amused. A.D.A.M. used a buzz saw and Bam used a small laser to destroy the ice on the former's wheel. They agreed to combine their moves to win. A.D.A.M. towed Bam and spun him around, alternating attacks, and knocked each Zoomer into a shipping container. Bam admitted Moe was right and he could learn something from A.D.A.M. then they powered the other Batwheels back on. Bam cued A.D.A.M. it was time and he declared, "To the Batcave!" The Penguin and his robots sank ships at Gotham Docks then plundered them underwater. Batman staked out the docks as an old fisherman and eventually caught sight of the Ducky Boat. He used his fishing line to snag the boat and opened the hatch to confront Penguin. The robot penguins surfaced and opened fire. Batman was neutralized with a bola. He was able to hit the SOS button on his gauntlet.
Batwing arrived with special submersible upgrades but she never practiced beforehand. After a hard drop into the harbor, she was caught up in currents and whirlpools. Penguin fired rubber duckies that attached to Batwing and inflated, taking her to the surface. Feeling like a fool, Batwing retreated back to the Batcave. With some practice under her belt, she returned and made a whirlpool around the Ducky Boat. Batman escaped his bonds, put on a rebreather, and swam to the Batwing. He tricked the robot penguins into swimming into the Ducky Boat. With it out of commission, Batman towed it to the docks then turned Penguin over to the police. He returned to the Batwing and created a whirlpool that lifted the latest sunken ship back to the surface. Joker and Harley Quinn teamed up for a plan to prank the whole city by planting banana peels all over the streets. They intercepted a shipment of bananas at the Gotham Docks. Batgirl tried to stop them but she drove over a peel and almost slipped into Gotham Harbor if not for a timely save by Nightwing.
Meet the Batwheels: Ducky stole a shipment of rare tropical fish from the docks to resell at a profit. Bam tried to sneak up on him but Alfie the bat stowed away inside and startled him. Ducky fired his taser umbrellas at Bam but Alfie flew into Ducky's face. He drove up a plank right into a tank filled with water.
