A tanker of Ultra Grow-Gas in liquid form had just arrived from S.T.A.R. Labs at the Gotham Docks. Banebuggy planned to steal some and become bigger than ever before. Bam happened to be on patrol at the docks but the rest of the Batwheels were in Star City for a car show. On Batcomputer's suggestion, he summoned the Gotham Guardians for help. During the battle, Banebuggy threw Kitty into the tanker truck and knocked it over. Goldie and Nightbike managed to snag his gas tanks and he shrunk back to normal size. Bam placed a wheel lock on him. Kitty played in the puddle of Grow-Gas and got huge. Batcomputer estimated it would take all night for the effects to wear off. A short time after Kitty returned to normal size, a pigeon landed in the same puddle of gas and became huge.
