The Batsignal is used by the Gotham Police to alert Batman of a major crime. It was used on Christmas Eve when Mr. Freeze attacked the Christmas Tree at Gotham Plaza. Quizz and Ducky teamed up to steal the Bat-Signal so they could make their own "Zoomer-Signal" for the Legion of Zoom. Bam and Batwing intercepted them but Quizz and Ducky were ready with their own new tricks. Quizz planned to install the Zoomer-Signal atop the local power plant but he was surprised Batwing caught so quickly to him. He refused to give up the Bat-Signal and declared if they couldn't have it, no one could. It was tossed down a smoke stack and broke. Batwing donated her new Mega Searchlight to replace it. Even Batman noticed the Bat-Signal was brighter all of a sudden. Quizz tested Riddler's light controller on the Batsignal and turned it into a Riddlersignal until Batwing and Bam intervened. Badcomputer projected himself using the Bat-Signal after he took over all computers on the world.
When Kitty got huge from playing in Ultra Grow-Gas, Bam and the Gotham Guardians eventually borrowed the Batsignal and lured Kitty to the outskirts of Gotham and tired her with a game of keep away.
