Green Lantern is a member of the Justice League who uses his Power Ring to fight crime on Earth and in space. Green Lantern found a lost Spiffledip and tried to return it to its home planet but his space ship suffered engine trouble and he was forced to detour to Earth. The ship went down into the forest near Wayne Manor. Batman was in his Bat-Truck and fired an inflatable to cushion the landing. Green Lantern thanked him for the save and explained his mission and needed a ship to store extra supplies. Batman took him to the Batcave where Moe repaired his ship. Lantern warned the Spiffledip may look cute but the cage kept him calm as it reminded him of his home planet and cautioned not to let him out unless he was present. Batcomputer reported the Joker caused a blackout in downtown Gotham. Lantern was beside himself when he realized Batman wanted him to do traffic control. Lantern humored him and came to enjoy using his ring for something other than cosmic justice. Batman later returned with Joker and cuffed him to a pole in front of S.T.A.R. Labs. Lantern thanked Moe for the help and departed Earth with the Spiffledip.
