Music Meister is a villain who only speaks through song. Music Meister tried to rob the Gotham Central Bank but his sonic blaster lacked the power to break through the bank vault. Batman arrived but he didn't sing so Music Meister couldn't steal it and ran back inside. Meister's bus, Voice Box, sent stolen voices of Bam, Bibi, Batwing, and Redbird and later Green Arrow. Batman was forced to take cover behind the counter with the bank guards. Meister was able to damage the vault door at last. Buff was able to break the singing lock on Voice Box and restored the singing voices of his Batwheels. The sonic blaster weakened and gave Batman the opening to snag Meister with his grapnel line.
