Crash is a crash test dummy robot who serves the Badcomputer. While Batman, Robin, and Batgirl were tricked into a fake ceremony at Gotham City Hall, Crash breached the Batcave. He noted Batman really didn't want any visitors as he peeled off all the sealed doors. Batcomputer and Moe brought the Batmobile to life with a Bat Mother Board to protect her. Crash proceeded to steal the Batcomputer per his orders but Bam intervened and knocked his screwdriver away with a Batarang. Crash jumped on top and proceeded to take him apart but he drove him into the giant dinosaur's tail. Crash picked up the Giant Penny but Bam shot grease and he dropped it on his foot. Bam fired a Bat Magnet at his chest and swung him around but he snipped the line and put his head back on. Moe accidentally mentioned the Bat Mother Boards. Crash stole a suitcase containing five of them and fled the Batcave, sealing the inner door with a weld. Bam tracked him to the Parkham Scrapyard. Badcomputer was angry Crash failed his mission but was intrigued by the mother boards. He brought Joker, Harley Quinn, Penguin, Mr. Freeze, and Riddler's vehicles to life, named them the Legion of Zoom, and ordered them to steal the Batcomputer. Quizz, Riddler's helicopter, knocked him into some tires.
Crash was used as a stand-in for the Batwheels while the Legion of Zoom trained and tried to learn to work together to steal a Supermanium shipment. Eventually, they succeeded and Quizz carried Crash off in a moped sidecar. He later dropped Crash and one of his arms fell off. Crash officiated the Zoom-athlon, a contest to see who was the number one champion Zoomer. While he was in sleep mode, Crash was accidentally fished out of Parkham Scrap Yard by Bam. He was placed back in the yard and snuggled with a tire.
Meet The Batwheels: Crash and the Legion of Zoom were tasked with stealing the Batmobile. Crash sneaked into the Batcave and stole Batman's cowl then activated the Bat-Tracker at the Wayne Enterprises parking garage. As expected, Batcomputer tried to hail Batman but got no response so she dispatched the Batwheels. Bam arrived on the roof alone and approached Batman but it was Crash. The Legion of Zoom arrived but were defeated by the Batwheels. Crash ran away with Snowy but crashed down below into the pile of other Legionnaires at the bottom of the garage.
