Badcomputer is an evil AI trapped in a scoreboard at Parkham Scrapyard. He was jealous the Batcomputer was the most powerful computer in the world. He came up with a plan to distract Batman, Robin, and Batgirl with a fake Key to the City ceremony at Gotham City Hall while his robot underling Crash broke into the Batcave to steal the Batcomputer. Badcomputer was angry Crash failed his mission but was intrigued by the Bat Mother Boards. He brought Joker, Harley Quinn, Penguin, Mr. Freeze, and Riddler's vehicles to life, named them the Legion of Zoom, and ordered them to steal the Batcomputer by force.
Badcomputer tasked the Legion of Zoom with stealing a Supermanium shipment on its way to the Gotham Docks. When he mentioned it was going to the Batcave and would be picked up by the Batwheels, the Legion of Zoom lost interest except Jestah. Badcomputer didn't care how it gone done. He tried to turn his screen off but it kept going to the baseball chant. Badcomputer checked on their training but already didn't believe they could pull off the heist. He was correct.
Per Jestah's suggestion, Badcomputer set a trap for Bibi by setting up a wooden ramp she could not resist. It worked and Bibi sped up the ramp and landed in a giant hole in the middle of a Cobblepot construction site. Crash presented Badcomputer in an old television set. Badcomputer found it even worse than the scoreboard and introduced himself to Bibi then presented his plan to place Jestah's motherboard into a Bat-Cyle copy so she could infiltrate the Batcave and steal Batcomputer's mother board.
Ducky and Jestah saw a stuffed unicorn in Parkham Scrap Yard and fought over it. Prank also wanted it. Badcomputer scolded the Zoomers for playing with a toy becauses supervillains never played with one. He later scolded them again. When the coast was clear, Badcomputer looked at the singing teddy bear the Zoomers wanted and realized it was kind of sweet. After observing the Wayne Manor property with a drone, Badcomputer realized it had the perfect chance to steal the Batcomputer. It ordered the Legion of Zoom to ambush the Bat Big Rig on its way to Star City. For the T-Rex incident, a tablet was affixed to Crash's back like a backpack and Badcomputer's motherboard was inserted into the tablet. Along with the Legion of Zoom, they stole the T-Rex robot from the Batwheels. Badcomputer planed to use it to break into the Batcave and steal Batcomputer's mother board at long last. He was routinely interrupted by ads. The plan was interrupted by the appearance of a giant robot called Ulti-Bat. Badcomputer was embarrassed by the Zoomers fighting over the T-Rex's remote control.
After the control broke into pieces, Badcomputer vowed to return with something bigger. Back at Parkham, he assembled a giant robot of his own called the Ulti-Bad but with a feature that allowed every Zoomer to control it. At the same time, Moe also modified the Ulti-Bat to have docks for the other Batwheels. The two robots battled in Gotham Central Square. Eventually, the Zoomers began to argue about what to do next and not fight as a team. Badcomputer ordered Crash to plug his motherboard into the Ulti-Bad. However, the battle was over. Crash inserted him into an alarm clock and retreated. Badcomputer wanted to steal Batcomputer's new megascreen because he wanted to live in something worthy of his genius and was tired of being interrupted by ads. Jestah failed to steal it at the Gotham Docks but eventually Quizz and Ducky succeeded at the Cobblepot Construction Site. Before Crash could insert Badcomputer's motherboard, Batwing blew him into the air with her powerful jet stream. He dropped the motherboard into his phone. Badcomputer was annoyed from a call for a pizza delivery.
