Robinson Park is an area in the East End. In March, the Gotham City Police's S.W.A.T. teams put down a riot in Robinson Park. However, the teams were led by Brendon and used excessive violence. In June, Batman was pursued into an abandoned tenement. S.W.A.T. teams went in while Commissioner Loeb, from a helicopter, had the building firebombed. Batman escaped capture after summoning a colony of bats. All police officers and bystanders were vaccinated for bat bites while several bodies in the tenement were found.
