Mr. Freeze and Penguin broke into Arkham Asylum from underground with a Drill Tank. After Killer Croc froze Gotham City with his ice breath, the Drill Tank surfaced in the city with Penguin, Freeze, Chemo, Clayface, and Buzz aboard. After Freeze was betrayed, Penguin and Buzz drove around in the tank to survey their kingdom but were eventually found and grabbed by the Bat Mech.
