Kobra is an international criminal organization centered around the cult worship of a demonic snake god known as Naga. Groomed and indoctrinated from a young age, Jeffrey Burr grew up within Kobra and eventually became a major leader. When Naga was released upon Earth, he was to serve as his host. To achieve this, they needed to open a portal known as The Gate with the Soul Breaker sword. Both were at one point kept in Nanda Parbat and guarded by O-Sensei. Rip Jagger was sent to infiltrate Nanda Parbat as a war veteran seeking to train under the legendary martial arts master.
