Nasty Luthor is the 16 year old niece of Lex Luthor. She knows 30 languages and wants to rule the world. During the days before Luthor's execution, she provided transport for Clark Kent via a secret passage under her uncle's prison cell. While awaiting his arrival, Luthor occupied one of his secret bases. He arrived, with super powers, and gifted her with remote controlled terror weapons. However, when Superman defeated Lex Luthor for the last time, she appears to have surrendered.
