Gizmo attended the 100th anniversary party at the Warner Bros. Studios. He hid in Yogi Bear's picnic basket to avoid the bright light. Starfire mistook him for a kitten. Robin was alarmed by Gizmo and warned Starfire never to feed a Mogwai after midnight, expose them to bright light, or get them wet or terrible things would happen. The Titans led a special VIP tour of the lot starting with the fountain from Friends. Jabberjaw played a prank and emerged from the fountain like Jaws. Yogi called pool party and hopped in. Gizmo got wet. Robin tried in vain to dry him with his cape. He produced one offspring. Robin was fearful it was the start of an army of monsters and wanted to destroy him but Starfire intervened with starbolts before he would use the flame thrower in his staff then declared he was Gizmo's plus one and thus, allowed to stay. They high-fived. Starfire took photos with Gizmo and his offspring despite their fear of bright light. They survived the destruction of the magical WB Shield and teamed with the Teen Titans, Daffy Duck, and Yogi Bear to restore the studio.
The first piece was tracked to the Harry Potter castle. They found a magnificent feast and scarfed down except Gizmo. To Robin's horror, no one stopped Gizmo's offspring since it was after midnight. The Mogwai transformed into a Brain Gremlin and assured them he was not a bloodthirsty one but one who prided himself on his sensibilities and sophistication. He agreed to use his vast intellect to help them locate the missing part of the shield. They discovered the Wizard of Oz had the first piece and Raven snatched it by using her portal. A friendly trio of Sea Creatures offered them the second for helping carry a couch up to their new apartment. Robin, Starfire, and Yogi did the heavy lifting while Gizmo sat on the couch. Robin tried to pivot but was oversome by Gizmo's stench. Yogi pointed out he couldn't take a shower. Starfire and Yogi still liked Gizmo and let go of the couch to nuzzle him. Robin and the couch went tumbling down the stairs. They eventually got it into the apartment and took off with the second piece after the couch collapsed.
The last piece was traced to Blockbuster Island but it was in the possession of a gigantic Michigan J. Frog. Brain Gremlin successfully snatched it. Robin instructed everyone to place a hand on the shield and repeat after him saying, "We are the stuff that dreams are made of." The shield activated and transformed them into buff superheroes in the blue and yellow color scheme of Warner Brothers. Together, they emitted beams from the Warner Bros. logo on their chests and reduced Frog to regular size. Robin grabbed him then they unleashed an energy wave that restored the entire studio back to the way it was.
