The Superdroid is one of three robots created by Will Magnus to help execute his master plan to unite every person's mind with a Nanite Bomb. Part of the plan involved murdering scientists Magnus worked with on Project Fair Play, a secret government program aimed to neutralize the Justice Leauge, and frame the so-called heroes. Each robot was implanted with a government made Mother Box that granted them the ability to teleport at an instant. The Superdroid was made to resemble Superman, mainly his heat vision and flight. It boomed to Silas Stone's laboratory, shot a hole in the ceiling and entered then shot at but missed Stone and his son Victor narrowly. Stone equipped himself with arm blasters he was working on and attacked the droid but it tossed what it could grab at Stone. Victor Stone returned with a compact rocket propelled grenade launcher and blasted the droid until he ran out of ammo. The droid powered up and blew up the laboratory. The Stones were killed instantly and reduced to skeletons.
The next day, Batman analyzed the deaths of Victor Fries, Ray Palmer, and Silas Stone and concluded the League was being framed. The next night, the Superdroid was boomed to Karen Beecher's country mansion and arrived the same time as the Wonderdroid. It came in from the ceiling, crushing Stephen Shin with the debris, then incinerated Kimiyo Hoshi and John Henry Irons. Batman kicked the droid but it punched him as he tried to save Tina Magnus. The Superdroid then fried Will Magnus but Superman arrived and knocked it outside. Superman demanded to know who it was but the droid flew up into a Boom Tube. After Superman visited Dr. Lex Luthor on his space ship, the Superdroid boomed into the ship and blew it up. Luthor was presumed dead but he managed to boom at the last second.
Later, the three droids entered the Tower of Justice with Magnus' Nanite Bomb and helped attach it to Superman's space ship. After Batman destroyed Tin, the Superdroid opened fire but he managed to drop the Tower's shield. Superman arrived and challenged the droids. The Superdroid merged with the other two into one and fought Superman but was eventually melted under magma in an underground cavern.
