Season One (2004-2005)

Episode 1: The Bat in the Belfry
After stopping a heist by Rupert Thorne, Batman returns to the Batcave to learn that all criminals in Arkham Asylum have mysteriously been released. Batman finds out that it's a crazed clown named Joker who released them, and he plans to make a blimp full of laughing gas to explode over Gotham so that every citizen turns into a lunatic. It's up to Batman to stop him.

Episode 2: Traction
Three mob bosses want revenge on Batman because he constantly took down their operations. They call in a very mysterious man named Bane to finish him off, once and for all. Bane may seem like a normal criminal, but he has a secret, a secret so powerful that it could destroy all of Gotham. After their first encounter, Bane easily takes down Batman, hurting him badly. Now, Batman must think of a new way to stop this menace.

Episode 3 : Call of the Cobblepot
After a strange vulture starts to steal diamonds and jewels, Batman decides to find out who's behind this. It turns out that the crook is the rude and selfish Osward Cobblepot, The Penguin, whom attends Bruce Wayne's party. Alfred tries to catch Penguin for his misbehavior at the party, but unfortunately, Penguin catches Alfred. Batman must find Penguin's mansion and save Alfred, as well as defeat Penguin and return all the jewels and gems he's stolen.

Episode 4: The Man Who Would Be Bat
A flock of bats lead Yin and Bennett to Wayne Industries, where Bruce has a scientist named Dr. Langstrom working on a project related to bats. In truth, Langstrom actually develops a serum that can turn him into the "Man-Bat", so people will fear him. Man-Bat goes out of control and flies out into the city, feeding on animal blood.

Episode 5: The Big Chill
Using his new ice powers, Mr. Freeze steals the rarest and valuable diamonds all over Gotham. When he and Batman first cross paths, he tells the Bat he's the reason why he's a cryogenic monster. It's because of a much earlier chase between them, which led to a cryogenics lab. He will stop at nothing to make Gotham his own personal domain, unless the Batman can think of a way to stop this menace.

Episode 6: The Cat and The Bat
After ensuing in a lengthy chase with his new foe, Catwoman, Batman's utility belt gets swiped. Now, with his belt in the wrong hands, Batman must figure out how to find the cat burglar before she puts his belt to no good use.

Episode 7: The Big Heat
Batman meets Firefly, a man who dresses in a heavily-armored fly ensemble and has a turbo-enhanced jetpack. Firefly breaks into numerous Gotham companies, destroying their technology, and takes to the skies when Batman arrives. As the Bat finds out, he's no easy foe to bring down. Meanwhile, Bruce meets up with Mayor Grange, who tells him that he's going to have to give his father's charity work to GothCorp instead of Wayne Enterprises due to his lifestyle.

Episode 8: Q&A
Arthur Brown, an intelligent man now calling himself the Cluemaster, plans revenge upon the people involved in the "Think Thank Thunk" game show for letting his opponent win years ago. Can Batman stop him and save Cluemaster's hostages?

Episode 9: Big Dummy
Arnold Wesker is a ventriloquist who controls Scarface, a living puppet that has a whole other personality. Together, they pull off bank heists and Scarface promises this is their final one. Scarface, along with two knuckle head muscles, plan on stealing a gold reserve from Gotham Bank. Batman tries to stop the puppet and his lackeys. Meanwhile, Alfred plays matchmaker for Bruce.

Episode 10: Topsy Turvy
Joker is out of Arkham. He's going after everyone responsible for getting him arrested, turning them into playing cards ... with the Batman being his main target.

Episode 11: Bird of Prey
Penguin is jealous of Bruce Wayne's wealth and breaks into Wayne Manor. He kidnaps Alfred and ransacks the place while Bruce is doing an interview. Batman arrives to help right in time, only to get chained up by Penguin as well. Can Batman find a way out of this crazy mess?

Episode 12: The Rubber Face of Comedy
Joker's back in town and has a new invention, Joker putty, which can morph anything and everything into rubber or putty. Meanwhile, Chief Rojas tells his Detectives to stop both Joker and the Batman once and for all, saying both of them have no place in Gotham.

Episode 13: The Clay Face of Tragedy
Leaving of after the previous episode, Ethan transforms into the monstrous Clayface by Joker's putty. After having the whole town fear and loathe him as Clayface, he targets the man he despises the most, Chief Rojas. When Batman and Yin realize who he is, they will have to work together to keep Ethan from becoming anything like Joker.

Season Two (2005)

Episode 14: The Cat, The Bat, and The Ugly
During a museum robbery, a partnership is formed between Catwoman and Penguin. But when Penguin double-crosses Catwoman before she can double-cross him, she and Batman have to stop Penguin before he unleashes his true plan: harnessing the power of Ra!

Episode 15: Riddled
A mysterious villain known as the Riddler challenges Yin, secretly helped by Batman, to a number of riddles. Things are not what they seem from the riddles...

Episode 16: JTV
Joker pirates the airwaves of Gotham in order to broadcast his crimes on TV as entertainment. When Detective Yin's overzealous new partner tries to bring the clown prince of crime down, he merely becomes Joker's latest "co-star." Batman must find where Joker is broadcasting from before he can carry out his plan to make Gotham die of laughter!

Episode 17: Swamped
Killer Croc, a half-man, half reptile plans to submerge all of Gotham in water in order to facilitate his plundering of the city.

Episode 18: Pets
Penguin discovers a sonic device that allows him to turn Man-Bat into his personal slave. Meanwhile, Alfred must deal with a raccoon which has found its way into the Bat-Cave and is wreaking havoc on the electric equipment.

Episode 19: Meltdown
Ethan Bennett is captured and put on trial for his crimes as Clayface. He's released on probation but finds the temptations of a criminal life too great.

Episode 20: The Butler Did It
Spellbinder, a three-eyed mystic, with the ability to induce both hypnosis and visions, sets his sights on stealing the valuable Eye of Sarkana - mesmerizing Alfred to commit his crimes.

Episode 21: Fire and Ice
Firefly and Mr. Freeze team up to put their devastating plan into action: permanently putting Gotham City in a never-ending winter. Once the policeman's gala charity ball is put on ice, it's all up to the Batman.

Episode 22: Ragdolls to Riches
Ragdoll, a triple-jointed contortionist, crosses paths with Batman and Catwoman while continuously trying to steal priceless artifacts. Also, Selina Kyle befriends Bruce Wayne ... but what are her intentions?

Episode 23: Strange Minds
Joker takes Detective Yin hostage, but once captured he refuses to tell of her whereabouts. Convinced it's the only way to learn Yin's location before she meets her demise, Batman uses a device created by Professor Hugo Strange to enter the bizarre brain of the Joker in search of an answer.

Episode 24: Grundy's Night
Solomon Grundy, a legendary zombie, emerges from a swamp on Halloween to wreak havoc on Gotham. But Batman and Alfred discover that there is more to Grundy than there appears.

Episode 25: The Laughing Bat
The Joker decides to take on the role of "Batman" and doses Bruce with Joker venom to create an arch-rival of his own.

Episode 26: Night and the City
Joker, Penguin, and Riddler battle over control of the city, until finally deciding to settle their differences by giving all of Gotham over to whoever is able to capture and discover the true identity of the Batman.

Movie (2005)

Movie: The Batman VS Dracula
Gotham City is terrorized not only by recent escapees Joker and Penguin, but by the original creature of the night, Dracula! Can Batman stop the ruthless vampire before he turns everyone in the city, including the aforementioned super villains into his mindless minions?

Season Three (2005-2006)

Episode 27: Batgirl Begins Part One
Commissioner Gordon's daughter, Barbara, recounts a story about a powerful new super-villain sabotaging waste-dumping corporations and her increasingly radical friend, Pamela Isley...

Episode 28: Batgirl Begins Part Two
Continuing where we left off in the first part, a chemical accident mutates Pamela's DNA giving her power over plants and Barbara Gordon becomes Batgirl in order to stop Pam from going to jail. But things quickly change when Pamela becomes the super-villain Poison Ivy, kidnapping the Commissioner and placing Batman under her mind-control.

Episode 29: A Dark Knight to Remember
When Batman takes a blow to the head during a fight with the Penguin, Bruce Wayne completely forgets about his alter ego. But when Batgirl is captured while saving him, can Bruce muster the courage to rescue her? Meanwhile, Barbara Gordon suspects Bruce Wayne is Batman.

Episode 30: A Fistful of Felt
After his most recent crime spree, Arnold Wesker is taken to Arkham and apparently "cured" by Dr. Hugo Strange. A new career as a children's entertainer lies before Wesker ... but can he escape the shadow of Scarface?

Episode 31: RPM
A new villain, Gearhead, makes his first appearance robbing a charity race, and Batman soon finds himself forced to upgrade the Batmobile to keep up with the cybernetic bad guy.

Episode 32: Brawn
The Joker is on a rampage when he gets hold of Bane's injection system and turns himself into a rampaging beast. However, when Batman fails to stop the Joker's wrath, Batgirl must learn to overcome her own physical limitations in order to save the day.

Episode 33: The Laughing Cats
When a rare Black Siberian Leopard is stolen, Batman and Batgirl suspect Catwoman and go to protect the second Black Siberian Leopard. But what happens when Joker beats them to the punch and brings the cats to Kilgore Steed? It's a maze of doom with dangerous creatures. Can Catwoman, Batman, and Batgirl escape, or will they end up on Joker's wall?

Episode 34: Fleurs Du Mal
When her father, along with other high-ranking Gotham officials, begins to embrace environmental causes after the delivery of mysterious plants, Barbara discovers that they've been replaced with plant-based copies created by Poison Ivy and teams up with Batman to stop her and their own evil clones.

Episode 35: Cash for Toys
When Wayne Industries shuts down Cosmo Krank, a toymaker with a spotty safety record, the demented villain takes revenge by trying to shut down Bruce Wayne - permanently - with his diabolical toys.

Episode 36: The Apprentice
Inspired by the Batman/Batgirl partnership, the Joker decides to recruit his own sidekick, a classmate at Barbara's school, and eliminate Batgirl and Batman.

Episode 37: Thunder
Maximillian Zeus, a millionaire who is also a Greek history fanatic, takes control of Gotham from the sky with his giant aircraft, New Olympus, after losing to Mayor Grange in a re-election. Can Batman and Batgirl bring him down before he incinerates the city?

Episode 38: The Icy Depths
The Penguin, Mr. Freeze, and Alfred's old school chum are all on the trail of a sunken treasure in Gotham Harbor.

Episode 39: Gotham's Ultimate Criminal Mastermind
Hugo Strange creates an AI database called DAVE (Digitally Advanced Villain Emulator), encoded with the minds of Gotham's greatest criminals, in order to better predict their crimes. However, DAVE breaks free and proclaims himself to be "Gotham's ultimate criminal mastermind".

Season Four (2006-2007)

Episode 40: A Matter of Family
After a young circus performer named Dick Grayson loses his parents to a criminal named Tony Zucco, Bruce Wayne adopts the young boy. Once Bruce's secret is revealed, Dick joins Batman as his new sidekick, Robin. Together, they set out to find Zucco and bring him to justice.

Episode 41: Team Penguin
After watching a movie about criminal masterminds, Penguin gets the idea to form a team of Gotham's greatest villains in order to finally take Batman down. Meanwhile, Batgirl and Robin must learn how to work together.

Episode 42: Clayfaces
After the Joker's plan to make all the dogs laugh like hyenas is thwarted by Clayface (Ethan Bennett), he plans to prove himself to Batman by turning a new leaf. Meanwhile, actor Basil Karlo steals the mutagen responsible for Ethan Bennett for becoming Clayface and he becomes the new Clayface. Can Batman trust Ethan enough to help him stop Karlo?

Episode 43: The Everywhere Man
When evidence from a series of art thefts by the Everywhere Man, a new costumed villain with the power to replicate, implicates Bruce's close friend John Marlowe, Batman believes there must be another explanation. Now, Batman must unmask the identity of the "Everywhere Man" and prove his friend's innocence.

Episode 44: The Breakout
After Batman apprehends Black Mask, his henchmen plan to spring him from Gotham P.D. so that Black Mask can activate his doomsday device. When Batman is captured, Batgirl and Robin must stop the villain and save the city on their own.

Episode 45: Strange New World
Hugo Strange infects the population of Gotham City with a virus that transforms them into zombies, and only Batman and Robin are left to find and distribute the antidote. But when Robin falls, only Batman can save the day. But not everything is at it seems...

Episode 46: Artifacts
Over a thousand years into the future, the citizens of new Gotham must uncover the history of the Batman in order to stop a new Mr. Freeze.

Episode 47: Seconds
The Bat Family goes up against an unstoppable thief who knows their every move.

Episode 48: Riddler's Revenge
The Riddler and Batman are dropped at the bottom of Gotham Harbor ... and the Riddler reveals his origins.

Episode 49: Two of a Kind
When Daytime TV host Harleen Quinzell is canceled from her television program for ambushing Bruce Wayne, Joker takes an interest and decides to groom her as his new partner in crime, Harley Quinn.

Episode 50: Rumors
The villains of Gotham City are disappearing, each one defeated and captured by an invisible vigilante named Rumor. Batman and Robin must defeat Rumor before he has a chance to execute the villains.

Episode 51: The Joining Part One
Bruce discovers that Wayne Industries is distributing alien technology across the world and gains the aid of a mysterious ally, who warns him of an alien race threatening to conquer Earth. Meanwhile, Batman begins to wonder whether he'd be better off without Batgirl and Robin.

Episode 52: The Joining Part Two
The Joining has launched its attack on Earth and the key to defeating them is Wayne Industries' satellites. As Batman and Martian Manhunter attempt to penetrate Wayne Towers, Alfred encourages Batgirl and Robin to disobey Batman while the battle for Earth begins.

Season Five (2007-2008)

Episode 53: The Batman/Superman Story Part One
Batman and Superman find themselves teamed up when Lex Luthor begins his operations in Gotham City to take down his arch-nemesis, and employs a horde of the Batman's villains to do so.

Episode 54: The Batman/Superman Story Part Two
Batman and Robin must battle Superman, who is under Lex Luthor's mind control, as the villain plans to launch a wave of robots and take over the world's armies.

Episode 55: Vertigo
Batman welcomes another member of the Justice League to Gotham as he teams up with Green Arrow when Vertigo, a villain who can affect people's sense of balance, arrives in the city with a diabolical plan.

Episode 56: White Heat
Perpetual loser Firefly tries to upgrade his powers with the aid of his new girlfriend Blaze, but is exposed to radioactive phosphorous and takes on a new more dangerous identity as...Phosphorus.

Episode 57: A Mirror Darkly
Batman and Robin team up with the Flash to thwart Mirror Master's plans to trap everyone in their own mirror image.

Episode 58: Joker Express
Gotham citizens are bursting into hysterical laughter and dumping stolen goods into the river, and Batman is soon on the trail of the Joker.

Episode 59: Ring Toss
Green Lantern seeks out Batman's help in locating renegade Green Lantern Sinestro, but when the villain comes to Earth, the Penguin ends up with the hero's power ring.

Episode 60: The Metal Face of Comedy
With the help of a slacker, Joker's mind is downloaded into a computer, enabling him to control the new WayneTech Nanobots. This creates a new and improved body who attempts to destroy Batman, Robin, and the original Joker.

Episode 61: Attack of The Terrible Trio
A trio of college misfits steals mutagen from Dr. Kirk Langstrom to transform themselves into animal forms and get revenge on those who have scorned them.

Episode 62: The End of The Batman
Wrath and Scorn, two twins of the Dynamic Duo, are helping the villains of Gotham City. But what happens when both Batman and Wrath uncover each other's identities?

Episode 63: What Goes Up...
When Black Mask hires Hawkman's arch-nemesis the Shadow Thief to break him out of Arkham and assist in the theft of a meteorite, Batman must team up with fellow Justice League member Hawkman to defeat the villains.

Episode 64: Lost Heroes Part One
The super-powered members of the Justice League begin disappearing one by one. Only Batman and Green Arrow are left to investigate and discover that old enemies are involved.

Episode 65: Lost Heroes Part Two
The heroes fight their android counterparts to recover the Justice League's powers, while the Joining prepares for its final assault on Earth.
