Season One (2008-2009)

Episode 1: The Rise of the Blue Beetle!
Batman and Blue Beetle team up to save an alien race from Kanjar Ro.

Episode 2: Terror on Dinosaur Island!
Batman and Plastic Man thwart Gorilla Grodd's plot to devolve humans into primates.

Episode 3: Evil Under the Sea!
Batman aids Aquaman as Ocean Master and Black Manta team up to assassinate him.

Episode 4: Day of the Dark Knight!
The evil Morgan Le Fey has taken over Camelot and turned everyone to stone! To thwart her plans, Merlin transports Batman and Green Arrow back in time to retrieve Excalibur, defeat Etrigan, battle dragons, and return King Arthur to the Throne! In the teaser, Guy Gardner teams up with Batman to stop a criminal riot at Green Lanterns Corps.

Episode 5: Invasion of the Secret Santas!
Batman and Red Tornado fight to stop Fun Haus' Yuletide crime spree.

Episode 6: Enter the Outsiders!
Batman and Wildcat face off against a group of teenage criminals known as the Outsiders.

Episode 7: Dawn of the Deadman!
Deadman and Batman team up as spirits to stop Gentleman Ghost from raising an army of undead criminals. Green Arrow and Speedy join in the battle to save London. In this week's teaser, Batman and Kamandi outrace a horde of monsters from the future.

Episode 8: Fall of the Blue Beetle!
Blue Beetle traces his legacy back to the original Blue Beetle, to learn why the Scarab has chosen him to share in its powers and become a super hero. The journey leads him to the dangerous Science Island where he battles legions of robots alongside Batman and learns the truth behind Ted Kord's disappearance.

Episode 9: Journey to the Center of the Bat!
Atom and Aquaman shrink themselves to fight a virus in Batman's bloodstream after he's been poisoned by Chemo.

Episode 10: The Eyes of Despero!
The Green Lantern Corps are MIA after a battle with Despero and Batman must team with G'Nort, Guy Gardner and Sinestro to defeat Despero before he turns the living Green Lantern planet into a weapon.

Episode 11: Return of the Fearsome Fangs!
Batman and a reluctant Bronze Tiger fight to prevent Fox, Vulture and Shark from invading an ancient Chinese temple and stealing the sacred animal totem from within.

Episode 12: Deep Cover for Batman!
When parallel worlds collide, Batman swaps places with Owlman-his criminal counterpart in an alternate universe--to stop the Crime Syndicate from taking over their world. Crime fighters in one world must battle their evil counterparts in a crime spree melee.

Episode 13: Game Over for Owlman!
Meanwhile back on Earth, Owlman has been perpetrating crimes disguised as Batman and assembled all the villains to join him. When Batman returns, he finds himself on the wrong side of the law and hunted by Green Lantern, Aquaman, Blue Beetle, Red Tornado and Plastic Man. It's a strange twist of fate that leaves Batman with only one option - to team up with Joker and take Owlman and the Crime Syndicate down!

Episode 14: Mystery in Space!
Aquaman joins Batman in a thrilling space adventure on Adam Strange's home planet of Rann. There our heroes join forces to battle Gordanian General Kreegaar and his reptilian horde. It's the power of justice and a good old fashioned fight that resurrects Aquaman's heroism as he leads the team to on a mission to destroy the Eye of Zared!

Episode 15: Trials of the Demon!
The Batman must travel to 19th century London to help Jason Blood, the alter-ego of Etrigan, when he's framed for a series of crimes committed by the Gentleman Ghost.

Episode 16: Night of the Huntress!
Blue Beetle develops a crush on the slightly older and far more dangerous femme fatale Huntress, but there is little time for love with Baby Face busting his gang out of prison for a major heist!

Episode 17: Menace of the Conqueror Caveman!
Booster Gold travels back in time to join Batman and become a celebrity hero. In his quest for fame, he unwittingly enables the immortal tyrant Kru'll to carry out his nefarious plot of turning everyone into cavemen and taking over the world!

Episode 18: The Color of Revenge!
Batman and Robin team up again, but it's not like it always was -- there was a reason Robin left to go work on his own. As Crazy Quilt comes after Robin for revenge, all the dirty laundry comes out between the dynamic duo!

Episode 19: Legends of the Dark Mite!
Batman's biggest fan, Bat-Mite, is also his biggest nightmare when the 5th-Dimensional imp pops up and in an effort to make Batman a better hero, throws Gotham City into chaos. Kidnapping the Dark Knight and traveling to the surreal 5th Dimension, the adventure continues with references to many of the classic villains.

Episode 20: Hail the Tornado Tyrant!
Red Tornado attempts to create a being that will possess the one thing he lacks: human emotion. His experiment goes awry after an attack from Major Disaster and his "Tornado Champion" quickly turns to the dark side as "Tornado Tyrant" whose only goal is to destroy all humans!

Episode 21: Duel of the Double Crossers!
When Mongul recruits Jonah Hex to bring new gladiators to War World, the old west bounty hunter wrangles the Dark Knight. After a change of heart, Hex and Batman team up to take down the violent empire.

Episode 22: The Last Bat on Earth!
Gorilla Grodd travels to the future where intelligent animals rule humans and Batman follows him and teams with Kamandi to bring him down.

Episode 23: When OMAC Attacks!
The all-American fighting machine OMAC is pitted against the equally destructive Shrapnel in a chaotic fight to the finish, but the architect behind the battle is the mysterious, balance-obsessed villain Equinox.

Episode 24: The Fate of Equinox!
Batman has his final battle with the balance-obsessed villain Equinox as the maniac tries to remake the universe in his own image.

Episode 25: Mayhem of the Music Meister!
Batman and Black Canary are pitted against Music Meister, who is able to exert powerful mind control through song. When he hijacks a communications satellite, the entire world becomes subject to his musical bidding.

Episode 26: Inside the Outsiders!
Psycho Pirate has kidnapped the Outsiders and is feeding off of their rage, only Batman can save them by using Psycho Pirate's own dream device to enter their nightmares.

Season Two (2009-2010)

Episode 27: Long Arm of the Law!
Bent on revenge, Kite Man and Rubberneck endanger Plastic Man's family.

Episode 28: Revenge of the Reach!
Blue Beetle's scarab is revealed to be linked to an army of evil aliens known as the Reach. Does he have the power to resist their influence?

Episode 29: Death Race to Oblivion!
Mongul forces Earth's heroes and villains to race for the planet's survival.

Episode 30: Aquaman's Outrageous Adventure!
Aquaman attempts to take a family vacation with Mera and Arthur Jr., but can't resist helping heroes along the way.

Episode 31: The Golden Age of Justice!
An aging JSA is faced with the return of their worst enemy, Per Degaton, as he returns from suspended animation to enact a plan for world-domination, while Black Canary helps Wildcat face his greatest regrets.

Episode 32: Clash of the Metal Men!
Batman is introduced to a team of energetic androids known as the Metal Men. When their creator goes missing at the hands of the Gas Gang, Batman helps them track the villains to get him back.

Episode 33: A Bat Divided!
A school field trip goes awry when Dr. Double X causes a lab explosion that fuses slacker science teacher Ronnie to his genius pupil Jason, creating the reluctant hero Firestorm...and unbeknownst them, it leaves Batman divided into three parts!

Episode 34: Sidekicks Assemble!
Aqualad, Robin and Speedy have had it with being bossed around and demand a piece of the action, but they get more than they bargained for when they find themselves facing off against Ra's Al-Ghul and his flying island!

Episode 35: The Super-Batman of Planet X!
Batman lands on this distant planet Zurr En Arrh and finds a doppelganger Batman, but more surprisingly, on this planet the Caped Crusader has super powers! Together they battle the mad genius Rohtul, who soon learns Batman's super weakness.

Episode 36: The Power of Shazam!
Batman teams with Captain Marvel, the superhero alter ego of the young Billy Batson, to battle Dr. Sivana and Black Adam, who wish to usurp the magic of Shazam that gives Billy his power.

Episode 37: Chill of the Night!
The Spectre and The Phantom Stranger observe Batman as he uncovers the mystery of who killed his parents and travels back in time to team up with his own father.

Episode 38: Gorillas in Our Midst!
Gorilla Grodd and his super secret ape alliance replace Gotham's entire human population with gorillas. Batman teams with Detective Chimp, B'Wana Beast and Vixen to thwart the mad Grodd's plans.

Episode 39: The Siege of Starro! Part One
Led by Faceless Hunter, the Starro Invasion comes on full swing. Only Batman and a handful of unlikely heroes remain uninfected to thwart the alien parasites and their mind-controlled hosts before all of Earth is sucked dry.

Episode 40: Requiem for a Scarlet Speedster!
Barry Allen has long been presumed dead and his "ghost" has been haunting Jay Garrick and Kid Flash. When Batman sees it too, they realize he's not dead.

Episode 41: The Siege of Starro! Part Two
Star Conqueror may be defeated, but Faceless Hunter is not! The alien warrior manipulates B'Wana Beast, forcing him to combine the tiny starros into one massive beast he plans to use to destroy the planet! But Batman has his own back-up - the Metal Men!

Episode 42: The Last Patrol!
The outsider-heroes The Doom Patrol are pulled out of a hasty retirement when supervillains begin trying to assassinate them, or perhaps re-unite them?

Episode 43: The Mask of Matches Malone!
Batman, Huntress and Black Canary are after Two-Face and so is Catwoman. While incognito, Batman gets amnesia and believes himself to be a real gangster.

Episode 44: Menace of the Madniks!
Booster Gold misses his late best bud, Blue Beetle, but when he travels back in time to hang with him, he throws the present into chaos and Batman must travel back with him to fix the mistakes and get one last adventure in with the hero before he passes on.

Episode 45: Emperor Joker!
The fifth-dimensional fanboy Bat-Mite wants to see a showdown between his idol and his arch nemesis - the Joker! In an attempt to save Batman, Bat-Mite inadvertently gives Joker his limitless power allowing Joker to warp reality to his most twisted fantasies.

Episode 46: The Criss Cross Conspiracy!
The long-retired Batwoman sees an opportunity for revenge against the villain who humiliated her: Riddler. In order to get back at him, she uses sorcerer Felix Faust to swap her body with Batman's. It's "Batman" vs. "Batwoman" vs. Riddler.

Episode 47: Plague of the Prototypes!
When Batman is on call, Gotham is kept safe by his squad of trusty Bat-Robots, but when Black Mask reprograms the unstoppable soldiers to do his bidding, Batman must blow the dust off "Proto", his bumbling beta-test robot to help him stop the villain.

Episode 48: Cry Freedom Fighters!
When an alien race tries to invade Earth, Batman, Plastic Man and the Freedom Fighters (led by the Uncle Sam) race to their planet to stop them. The alien's numbers prove overwhelming and it falls on Plastic Man to find the patriotism within to stop them.

Episode 49: Knights of Tomorrow!
A glimpse into the future reveals Dick Grayson has assumed the Batman mantle after the Caped Crusader retired and fathered a son, Damian, with Catwoman. Despite his parents' wishes, Damian does not want to follow their legacy, but when Joker returns, he may have no choice!

Episode 50: Darkseid Descending!
Batman assembles a new, motley Justice League to thwart a pending Earth invasion by Darkseid. The rag-tag group can hardly get along - let alone battle a near god - but they have to learn to pull it all together when they become Earth's last hope.

Episode 51: Bat-Mite Presents: Batman's Strangest Cases!
Bat-Mite takes us on adventures with Batman and Robin in a variety of art styles including anime and Mad Magazine styles!

Episode 52: The Malicious Mr. Mind!
Batman and the Marvel Family take on the evil Dr. Sivana and the Monster Society!

Season Three (2011)

Episode 53: Joker: The Vile and The Villainous!
Joker teams up with the Weeper to stop Batman!

Episode 54: Shadow of the Bat!
Batman gets infected by a vampire bite, and proceeds to attack his JLI friends!

Episode 55: Night of the Batmen!
When Batman gets hurt, his friends Capt Marvel, Aquaman, Green Arrow, and Plastic Man attempt to fill his cowl

Episode 56: Scorn of the Star Sapphire!
Batman teams up with Green Lantern Hal Jordan to face the evil Star Sapphire!

Episode 57: Battle of the Superheroes!
The Man of Steel and the Caped Crusader do battle after Superman is infected with red kryptonite. Batman must find a way to turn Superman back to his old self because he is going to need all the help he can get when Lex Luthor unleashes his latest scheme on Metropolis.

Episode 58: Time Out for Vengeance!
The JLI travel to the past to try and stop a force that wants to wipe out all the incarnations of Batman throughout time.

Episode 59: Sword of the Atom!
Aquaman and the Atom (Ryan Choi) must shrink to a microscopic size in the Amazon jungle to save Batman and the old Atom (Ray Palmer) from tiny aliens.

Episode 60: Triumvirate of Terror!
Batman, Superman, and Wonder Woman face off against their arch nemesis Lex Luthor, Joker, and Cheetah who gain the upper hand by switching opponents.

Episode 61: Bold Beginnings!
Green Arrow, Aquaman, and Plastic Man remember their early team-ups with the Caped Crusader.

Episode 62: Powerless!
Batman's team, the JLI, lose their powers!

Episode 63: Mitefall!
Bat-Mite thinks the series has jumped the shark, so he creates a fake family for Bats, but makes the show worse!

Episode 64: Crisis: 22,300 Miles Above Earth!
The JLI and JSA are at a reunion party when Batman is kidnapped by Ra's Al Ghul.

Episode 65: Four Star Spectacular!
A variety of Batman stories featuring Adam Strange, Flash, and 'Mazing Man!
